- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been dealing with this company for the past year and the experience has not been a good one. We have a disability claim with them. It was not explained to us when we purchased the insurance that we would have to pay the loan payments up front before we get payment. The reason people take disability is so that they do not have to worry about payments is something happens. The worse part is trying to get money from them for the payment I have already made. There is absolutely no consistency. I have had to go almost 3 months to get a payment out of them. Make sure you check out your options before using this company as this policy was suppose to take worry away if you are hurt and all it has done is give me more stress.by kris NormanMarch 07, 2017
