  This is a long read but I feel it's important for people to know before seeing a Chiropracter. I went to core wellness as I had been suffering from some lower back pain for a few days which was severe when I bent down. The first appointment was great Dr Headington adjusted my back and told me to come back in three days. I felt great, my back didn't hurt I could lift my daughter without pain. When my next appointment came up I still felt great and considered cancelling but didn't. Dr Headington again adjusted my back. I left feeling a bit sore but didn't think anything of it. The next day I went to lift my daughter and couldn't. The pain I felt in my lower back reduced me to tears and I could barely walk. I called Core Wellness hoping maybe they had an emergency after hours Dr who could give me some direction instead was told by a receptionist that she couldn't tell me anything all the Drs had gone home and if I felt it was an emergency, go to the emergency room..... The next morning if you can believe it was even worse. I couldn't stand and was having the most intense painful back spasms my husband had to call an ambulance. It is only because of the heavy medication I am now on that I can stand and walk around a little. I can't lift my daughter and I will need to miss work. I also missed some very important family time this thanksgiving because I have been in unbearable pain. I'm scared because I don't know when this pain will go away and I will feel better again. I wish I never would have gone to that second appointment. Please think carefully before going to a chiropractor because the pain they can cause is absolutely dibilitating and not worth it in the end. Never again, Carla Pryma

  I have been visiting Dr. Dan Headington at Core Wellness for a number of years and he has provided me complete and continued relief from my chronic pain. He does not ever make me feel like "just a number" and I know that he takes his time to thoroughly evaluate and treat each patient who comes in to see him. I have referred many friends, family and co-workers to Dr. Dan. He is a truly gifted healer. Any time spent in the waiting room is well worth it as I know that he is dedicated to his patients well being and genuinely cares.
