  I see Dr. Chang at this clinic and I wish she had a rate md page so I can rave about her on there too. She is by far the best GP I've ever had and has done more for me in the 6 months I've seen her than any other doctor ever has.

  The actual care, once you get it, is fine as has been generally my experience with health care in Alberta. However client experience is horrid as has also been generally my experience with health care in Alberta. The phone is always busy and there is no alternative to book except to phone. Most places have an on-line booking system now. Dynalife has it for tests. Why can't a clinic do it? This is 2017. I'm surprised they're not are still bringing out the leeches. And when you get there, expect to wait. The referral process stinks. They call the specialist's office and set up time for you, usually many months in the future. But you are out of the loop and they don't care what date you get. So if it doesn't work for you, you are now in a telephone dance with the specialist's office. Nottingham says its your problem. If so, let me call the specialist's office to set it up in the first place. If you don't offer any benefit, then at least get out of the way.
